Embodied and Empowering

Talk therapy is fine but you’re looking for something different, for therapy that reaches past the words and makes meaningful, lasting change. Thoughts can keep us stuck but our bodies get us moving. I often like to say that what we embody, we integrate.

My mission to guide you in self-discovery, understanding, acceptance, and growth has led me to a few areas of specialty:

Dance of Life Values…

  • Creativity unlocks potential and connects us to our fullest selves. It is an expression of embodied experience, memory, and imagination. Every creative act shows a piece of who we are.

  • I help my clients feel their power through embodiment. When we take up space and stand up for ourselves, we find our power.

  • I am committed to helping my clients move out of what keeps them stuck and reach their potential

Good Faith Estimate

As outlined in the No Surprises Act, you have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the cost that is likely for most new patients over the course of a year if you are not using insurance or do not have insurance.

Until I do an initial evaluation and we start to work together, I will not have a clear picture of your specific diagnosis, issues and needs. I typically see therapy clients for a range sessions. But cases may be more complicated, so we may need additional sessions during the time covered by the estimate.

If you have questions about this estimate, please contact me or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
